This review sits as a result of my experience in this location on 08/07/2025. I was having a warranty exchange approved by Assurant and when I got to the Store the associate Eddy (who in the beginning seemed friendly and understanding) assumed (in his very own words over the phone with a customer care supervisor) they could not complete the exchange because I had a payment arrangement and had to bring my account current.
