t mobile gave me a credit for a mistaken long distance call but then added it to my next bill. They are ripping people off. I am a disabled American. Never never use them. This is a German company taking advantage of American consumers. Stop doing this T Mobile. You are not an ethical company.
Went in today and Martin was an absolute terrible help. I asked for help activating my phone and he would simply continue speaking about other things and did not assist me . Almost as if he thinks he’s better than others or maybe was soon to get off of work? Either way , The problem was not resolved, nor were my questions answered.
