Wow! I can’t say enough about today’s service at T-Mobile. Typically, we dread going to phone retailers because the process takes forever and feels overly complicated. But Miguel completely changed that experience for us! From start to finish, everything was seamless, quick, and explained perfectly. He made what is usually a frustrating ordeal feel effortless. Que mal servicio de esta tienda tmobil. El día de ayer 01/02/2025, me acerqué a esta tienda para solicitar una línea más a mi cuenta y el servicio que me dio el señor que me atendió, por el cual no mostró ni me quiso decir su nombre me atendió de una manera grosera y altanera. Como no me quiso dar su nombre me toca describirlo, es calvo y de gafas, el marco de las gafas es negro. Que persona más desagradable!!!! No volvería a este lugar.
