Hay muchos empleados muy buenos y con especial atención al cliente,pero hay dos o tres pésimos que Cuando preguntas algo,responden lo que les da la gana,inclusive subestimar la inteligencia de los que con nuestro dinero compramos,este tipo de empleados son los que no deberían de estar donde nosotros los clientes,sorry me encanta tmobile,pero muchos no deberían estar en está tienda.

En hace dos meses compre tres teléfono, en t móviles en la tienda de la 137 ave y 152 st en kendalcountry woul, luego de tres meses voy a la tienda a cambiar mi plan pues me estaba saliendo muy caro 320 dólares, me dicen en la tienda que si yo bajo los guita y y pongo otra linea me regalan dos bobinas y me rebajan el Bill, solpresa,.. me bajaron los giga bay, me pusieron otra linea, y tengo que pagar 230 por cada bobina, después que me dijeron firma aki, solo para rebajar los giga bay, y poner otra linea
