T-Mobile is always understaffed always has young kids working there. They don’t really care about customer service every time I’ve gone into your store. I’ve never been able to get help always have a long line always a long wait and young kids that don’t look like they know much of what they’re doing
Tyson was AMAZING! He helped my dad get a new phone and walked him through everything he needed to know about it. He was also super kind and had great customer service. 10/10 recommend him whenever you come to this location.
I went to the Pleasant Grove Location and had amazing help. Gio and Ethan specifically helped me and my family to work out some problems we had. They were great. They were able to solve all our problems fast and efficiently and we left the store feeling great about our experience.
