Bought a new phone here only to find out T-Mobile doesn’t service/coverage my area at work. Tried to return the phone 2 days later still sealed in the box and unopened and they want to charge me a $70 restocking fee. A restocking fee for them not being able to cover my area? Buyer beware… do not recommend!

Went in for a screen protector and Gio took great care of me. Even hooked me up with a free watch. I definitely recommend working with him and the manager Tyson

Thieves and Frauds, plain and simple. I traded in 2 iPhones here in May for upgrades. Both were only a couple years old and fully functional but one had a cracked back, so we figured upgrading would be just as easy as getting it fixed. Our experience was exceptional, even though we initially had some reservations about the process. Angel and the manager offered outstanding guidance and support. The discussion was fluid, and their analytical prowess was truly impressive. We ultimately acquired four new phones/lines and home internet services.
