I went to the Pleasant Grove Location and had amazing help. Gio and Ethan specifically helped me and my family to work out some problems we had. They were great. They were able to solve all our problems fast and efficiently and we left the store feeling great about our experience.

I want to acknowledge Raphael and Gio who were both very patient, helpful and professional in addressing my phone needs and concerns. They, and this location come highly recommended as good reps. For T-Mobile
Called in advance, said I could Switch over and not pay anything. After spending an hour in the store they then tell me the fine print. I have to pay off my phones, then they reimburse me. Well that's like $1600 that I don't have. Very irritated that that's not explained up front.
