The signage to the store was not illuminated to begin with. I entered the store and was not greeted and I stood there for approximately 20 minutes while all the service reps chatted it up with the people in front of them. I can understand being friendly and wanting to talk about things. But when you have six people waiting, it’s kind of time to get down to business and get things done. The phone number does not work. Can't get anyone to answer question about my bill. It was$40 when we signed up, next bill was $70.WHY??? No answers. Poor service

The rudest employees because the owner is rude. It all stems from the top they say. Avoid going there if possible. Use tmobile in Park City where they treat you like a person. I cd name 6 people who switched to Verizon & or ATT just because Heber store is so unfriendly. I think they actually resent customers. U wl feel bad vibes walking in anyway.

Reading past reviews I was nervous to go in, my experience was completely amazing. Betsy ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) was the young women helping me and she was outstanding. Helping me with all the questions I had. She also made sure I new about the promotions I had. She was kind, patient and overall made my experience easy and wonderful.
