Reading past reviews I was nervous to go in, my experience was completely amazing. Betsy ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) was the young women helping me and she was outstanding. Helping me with all the questions I had. She also made sure I new about the promotions I had. She was kind, patient and overall made my experience easy and wonderful.
Filthy, not enough customer service reps. LONG waits.... waited over 2 hours to talk to the one and only rep working. He told us to call 611 because he couldn't help us. Called 611 only to find out issue could have been resolved while I was in the store and that now I get to drive back to resolve my issue.
The guys who work there are good, they help with any problem!! 👏🏼
They only take cash. For phones priced at least $560 including fees. Sure—because everyone carries that much cash with them at all times... Oh, and they have no signs anywhere letting you know this until after you've waited in line for an hour. I've never seen a phone store this afraid of making money.
Went in two days in a row, not to be greeted once and the second time being there after waiting 20 minutes a staff member finally said "hello" and I went to address what my issue was the only response I got was "are you paying with cash or card cause if its card our new system doesn't allow it." Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
