Probably the worst experience as far as customs service goes I’ve ever experienced. My brand new iPhone X broke, ear portion of phone Stopped working, with in a few weeks of having it. Went to the store and the girls knew nothing on how to approach my situation and only offered me a pair of $80 headphone to buy to help “ remedy” my situation.
