I needed help setting up my new I-phone so I stopped by the T-Mobile Authorized Store located at 1432 Main Street in Hamilton, Ohio. Erika and Amber teamed up to help me. They were great! Though it was approaching closing time they managed to transition my old phone to the new I-phone! I wish I knew what they know about phones! They’re experts and have outstanding customer service skills. Erika put a screen saver and case that I purchased on my new phone. My new phone works great! Erika and Amber, thank you for your help!
