Customer service is always good. Nice smiling people.
Staff and manager went above and beyond to get the phones my wife and I wanted. Very impressed with the managers dedication to her job. Too bad TMobile as a company isn't any good!

As a customer of Sprint for years, once tmobile took over Sprint, my data has not worked for around 7 months despite paying for it. I’m leaving a five star review because we called customer service several times, with nothing but “it looks fine”, however when going into this store, a worker by the name of Kevin got it fixed within 10 minutes. Just wanted to show that guy some respect, because literally no other worker or customer service could resolve our issue.
Customer service guyz r very nice and helping, only thing they don't have a restroom.
