Marie, Jordan and Layne did a terrific job explaining the details involved with trading our existing phones for new phones, explaining the service features that t-mobile offers along with the various benefits. During the transfer process the store system crashed and the team stayed very positive and focused while working hard to complete the job. The did a great job and deserve some recognition.
I had to finally switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and these folks made the process very smooth and painless for me. Had to make two trips, but they were very up front about this from the first time I went in. Much appreciated for the professional and courteous customer service.
My phone was frozen and I ran up to the store on Stroop Rd. They were closed the gate was down. I asked if they could help me Marie came to my rescue. She stayed late to get my phone back online. Thank you again T-Mobile Stroop road
This place is awesome very knowledgeable and very professional I would recommend anybody anywhere in the country to go to the store
