Marie was awesome in helping me get what I needed. Multiple T-Mobile stores failed to solve my issues but thanks to Marie and her team I was able to walk out of the store as a happy customer.
Great experience. The girl that took care of us did a great job! Our phones are coming in clearer than they were with Spectrum. T-Mobile bought out my husband's phone. They were able to get mine unlocked so I could use my same phone. It all went very smoothly.
