earlier this week I visited the 1087 s main st store. Marie was exceptional in the way she helped me get what I needed (a copy of my bill so I could port my phones to a different carrier). Even though I am leaving T Mobile, Marie was so helpful. She wanted to make sure my last interaction with T Mobile was exceptional. She achieved that completely. (hmmmm...should I really leave T Mobile?!!!
This is the BEST T-Mobile location in the surrounding area!!! LAKEN the representative, management, and the team is absolutely WONDERFUL! I've been with T-Mobile for many many years, and have visited multiple locations within the Miami valley. This S.Main street location in Centerville is by far one of the best!!!! Friendly, patient, willing to help, and not overly pushy. They are truly the best!!! I recommend a visit with them, and try TMobile today!
