The Best T- Mobile in the Northern Cincinnati area!!
I would suggest if you want to know information about a phone go to another T Mobile store. This store was a joke and a waste of my time and gas. Dennis knew nothing and was very rude you ask him something he couldn't answer so not sure how he can be the only one in the store and not have help because he really needs to have training. I don't know if he has a condition that looks like Shingles or some kind of rash and I understand if he does and it's not contagious but if not he should not be working anyways. I've spoken to several reps at this store from time to time and they have all been helpful and knowledgeable
Jordan and Alain were very helpful and literally took the time to show me how to use the new iPhone after switching from android. That meant a lot as I have tried iPhone in the past and couldn’t understand. I have a better understanding now after a few days then I did after 6 weeks the last time I tried to switch.
