I first went to the T-Mobile store in the Tuscan Village. The Service guys there were absolute the worst people I've ever dealt with. Every question I asked was given a one word response. I was aske if I wanted to E-Activate the phone (as opposed to a sim card). I asked what the difference was. The response was "It doesn't matter" and he put the sim card in the phone.
