nothing but good things to say..... Every time I have dealings with this location everone is friendly and helpful.And when my father goes in to make a payment on his account he is treated with kindness and respect not like he's just some old guy. Because of the treatment my family recieves at this one store I can guarantee we will stay with T-Mobile for a long time to come.
t mobile and it's band of merry liars The workers at this t mobile location are very friendly! And they love to make sales. So much so that they will lie to you about the rebate offers. Unfortunately you must read the fine print for anything you buy in this store. Be careful!
Good Signal I have a terrific signal with Nokia 6610. It works well everywhere, except underground/basement. It is already worldwide now, so it's good to talk to friends everywhere without getting charged. They always have wonderful plan with minutes usage. I have 600 minutes/month and I seldom pay more. Overall, it is very good. But, it never works that good with Sony Erickson cells.
Mobile cell phones We were quite pleased with the service they gave us when we went to get our cellalar phone connected. The sales clerk there explained every detail, every minute, roaming and all the features the phone would give us. We received wonderful customer service that we decided to make it a family plan all around. Liz was the sales person who assisted us, and I would have to say that she gave us her all. 100% satisfied.
Horrible! The service here is horrible. If it is at all possible try to get your phone somewhere else. T-mobile as a company is good but this location is horrible. They will lie to your face about services and deals available just to make a few extra dollars. Seriously consider going somewhere else before going here.
Reception sucks DON'T GO GET YOUR PHONES FROM HERE. Yeah it may seem like they have good deals but they don't, the sales people are just fast talkers and very pushy, and then you find yourself with a crappy phone with crappy reception and a too high phone bill.
signal is good enough for me. I heard quite a few complains about the bad signals T-mobile has. But it works for me. It's true that I can't get any signal in some places such as the basement of university library and some quite remote places. But most of the places i get good signals. The apartment I lives gets good signals. FWIW, I got the phone for free at Amazon.com and get $150 back for one year's contract. PROS: cheap phones CONS: signal quality.
Cheap service, why not? I bought my cellphone recently with T Mobile family plan. I fees its good, not only the cheap price but also the good signal. Some people say that T Mobile's signal is bad. However, I don't think so.
unhappy with T mobile I had T Mobile or a couple of years and was very unsatisfied with the service. I always got poor reception no matter where I was. I now have a different serivce and am much more satisfied.
