Had to upgrade my phone, went on Sunday to T Mobil by Target, greeted by Rebecca, she got right into the who, what and where's of what I needed. She found my phone took care of some paperwork, transferred all my info from phone to phone and I was done. Never have I had such a magnificent business dealing, Rebecca made it so simple and pleasant and fast that I shall never go else where for anything pertaining to my phone. She truly is one in a million, so nice to see someone happy in their job. Thank you Rebecca
My experience at this location has been the best wireless service I have encountered at any wireless provider. Brian and Alyssa were friendly and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions and made transitioning from AT&T to T-Mobile easy and headache free.
