I'm writing this today, beyond frustration... I had great home internet service with T-mobile thru the pandemic, but as things go companies can't seem to carry it through all the way to the end. I cancelled my service on 12/2/2024 and returned my modem to the Division St. office in St. Cloud Mn as Fiber finally made into my area! 60 days later, I get notice of a charge on my account for the modem that was not returned... Jan 2025: Updated review: This is specifically about the 5G home internet and my eventually awful services, and the dishonesty of their phone representatives - not particularly about the staff at this store, although they got me started with T-Mobile internet. "After putting up with the spinning circle on video and after Spectrum offered me a 2 year $30/month no contract plan I called T-Mobile to end services. I had an amazing experience. I should have gotten a card from the guy that helped me, but he was awesome. I will be back there in a few days, and I hope he's there. He set me up with a new modem for my house. I can take this thing anywhere, plug it in.... Bam.... WiFi. It's the 5G Gateway. Go ask for it if you need something like that. I have 205mps download now. It's $45 a month for this Internet and.... Again, I can take it ANYWHERE
