Greatest store ever, I LOVE T MOBILE
I had a 2-month dispute with T-Mobile regarding a refund due. I finally resolved it today, but I found all T-mobile "customer service" personel to be completely useless in addressing the issue, and they frequently gave me incorrect information about it, e.g., confusing a "bank account" with a "credit card" account. In general, their phone lines seem to be staffed by people with poor English skills and limited training.
