I wish these guys would roll out 5g. Their service is really bad is lehi. Internet is very slow. The employees here are very nice. All t mobile locations are pretty slow.
Terrible service here. They will talk about you every time you come in. SO unprofessional.
I got to the store around 7:20pm ( I get off work at 7pm, so there's no way I can make it before that). I was greeted by a guy named BRANDEN. I told him that I wanted to add two more lines to my account and purchase two iPhone 12 Pro. He then looked very unhappy and told me that we should be quick. Every time I’ve been to this location there’s at least 6-10 people waiting and the wait is over two hours usually ridiculousness if you ask me hire more people don’t have a bunch of grumpy customers wasting their time sitting around!!!
