Milton tried to scam me into purchasing a new phone and line. He said Apple wouldn’t accept my phone as a repair because the condition is “catastrophic”. (Mind you my phone was only 2 months old.) Apple confirmed that what he said was false and changed my phone out for me right away. Sad that people try to take advantage of people all for a little bit of commission.

When I went back, they just told me to call billing, which had nothing to do with what the store reps promised. I brought my parents to this location because my dad had lost his phone and my mom wanted to upgrade hers. I expected to handle all the communication, but to my surprise, the sales rep, Elsy, spoke Spanish and was able to assist them directly. She went above and beyond to help my parents, and I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Everything went smoothly, and now my parents are all set with their new phones. Had a great experience with Charlotte! She helped us out with an error that online T-Mobile had caused. She went above and beyond! She was on the phone with customer service for HOURS, to help us. Made a bad day much better! Vanessa and Diana were very helpful as well! Great team! Management make sure to reward Charlotte, she deserves it!
Elsy at the Victoria Gardens location is rude and not customer service orientated. I had upgraded my phone at another location and received 2 trackers that were told to me would be free. I received my bill and there was a charge. I called customer service and they said it’s a monthly servicing charge. I let them know I did not want the trackers and they removed from my bill.
