My boss went into the Tmobile store to open an account and the rep who helped him was fast to get him into a business account, but didn't want to offer any support once the sale was made. While trying to set up the online account I couldn't get it to complete, it said the account was under review and that was that. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years & unlike some stores I always receive great customer service when I'm in the Athens store, the staff are always helpful, patient and they make the time spent there fun. We've never laughed so hard as we did our last visit. Everytime I'm there the store is packed. Which has to be stressful (I couldn't do their jobs) Sabrina & Dalton I think is their names are always so busy but try to keep everyone happy and get them in and out as quickly as they can but this store really needs a ... read more

We wanted to get Internet service for an elderly family member. He couldn't come to the store, so I went and explained the situation. They asked for my ID. I gave it to them, and said, look, I just want to see if he can get service. Is he in your coverage area? They copied my ID then asked for my social security number. I said I wasn't comfortable giving that until I knew that he could get service.
