I had a horrible experience as a customer- trying to buy a watch and then told he wasn’t able to do it, when I asked if a manager would be in he said later but that she would be no help either. The man then told me to never come back to the store and started telling his coworkers lies about me being upset about a promotion after I had told him I would do the other one. I’ve come to this T-Mobile store quite a few times now, and it’s always been a good experience. Zak is super polite and helpful and really knows his stuff. Leo is one of the most courteous and respectful people I’ve dealt with. He listens, doesn’t rush you, and they just make the whole process always feel easy.
