I came into the store today I need of some help with my issues. I delt with a gentleman by the name of Zak, not only did he resolve my issues but his customer service skills were phonamal! With the all around satisfactory I have been receiving with T mobile but to know they hire exceptional knowledge friendly people as well! 👏 💯 😃 👍
Store was clean, there was almost no wait. Zak was so helpful! And super nice. Made switching the easiest thing possible.
Gabby and Zak were the best people to help us get new watches and a new phone with the best customer care and helped us way above and beyond!
