Gonna be honest here yall, not happy with where T-Mobile has been going over the last few years. Between the T-Life app clearly being used to fire staff and reduce labor costs, to the inability to talk to an English speaking customer service Agent over your phone, it really was starting to feel like the reason I went to T-Mobile from Verizon back in the day was moot.
