For a nephew, I needed a T-mobile $50 add-on card for one of their pay-as-you-go phones. They don't sell them?? Got one at Target. T-mobile is nothing but a waste of time.

Uprgraded my phone. Took forever. With my upgrade was told that 3 tracker tags come with it for “FREE” don’t sign the service agreement and read the fine print. I’m being charged $5/ a tag for a service fee. We called corporate to cancel and they said since there’s a service aggreement we have to pay $167 to cancel for those 3 free tags. Just want yall to know. They’re pushing free stuff that ain’t free, so beware.

Was unexcited as I walked into this store as I hate socializing but I was greeted and helped by Madison with my issue which took under 15 minutes to fix while it would have taken an hour over the phone. Glad to have been helped

Madison provided me great customer service today and I am appreciative. What I expected to be a cumbersome and frustrating process ended up to be pleasant, quick, and successful. Madison provided clear direction to me and then promptly followed up on her part of the process, all while greeting and helping several customers in the store. Thx Madison
