I’ve been with t- mobile for more than 15 years but I went to this location and I’m so disappointed with the service I received they are terrible they have no communication between them as a team. I’ll never come back to this place. No customer skills at all

Gonna be honest here yall, not happy with where T-Mobile has been going over the last few years. Between the T-Life app clearly being used to fire staff and reduce labor costs, to the inability to talk to an English speaking customer service Agent over your phone, it really was starting to feel like the reason I went to T-Mobile from Verizon back in the day was moot. If you have a business and need good affordable services T-Mobile is the way to go! Matthew and his team helped me save a ton from switch over and helped me find more ways to save on what I needed!! Can't say enough great things! Phenomenal Team!!!
