I had an amazing experience working with Johnson! They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the right phone and plan for my needs. They answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. This store literally stole money from me. I signed up for T Mobile internet after being told I their internet would work at my address which is a place we don't visit often. After a few months and about $150 in fees I called customer service due to download and upload speeds of 1.5 to 2 mbps (no that's not a typo) and was advised T Mobile internet in fact does NOT work at my location. After customer service spending 40 minutes trying to sell me on other services they finally offered me a $20 refund. I use the word never caut... read more

I'm a returning customer with T-Mobile and I deeply regret I've had to move services to another provider at one point when at that time TMobile didn't cover the area I moved to. But things are back to normal since I switched to TMobile again and I can't be happier with the service itself, the staff at the local store and Tristan, the manager personally.
