I had one of the best customer service experiences in Rockport, Tx with Tristan, the manager. I was struggling with getting ATT’s help in helping me transfer over to T-Mobile. Tristan was the most amazing creative problem solver. His team was right in there, too. That shop is a Mecca for five star service and crazy creative help. Bravo Tristan!
Tristen needs to be in charge of all of T-Mobile...ALL OF IT!!! 1 hour on the phone with "corporate", and still no solution to the problem I was having with the service. All the customer service rep wanted to do was talk over me and sell new services. Tristen had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes.
Everyone at the store was AMAZING! They go above and beyond!!!!
I have been with T-Mobile for many years and never had problems in the store.
