Had a great experience at T-Mobile. Meranda was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through everything without making us feel rushed. Tristan was just as helpful—knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. We recently switched from Google Fi to T-Mobile, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the service so far. The whole process was smooth, and the customer care at this location really made the difference. If you’re thinking about making a switch, this team will take good care of you.

This has to be the WORST Tmobile store. Switched to Tmobile 4 years ago at this store, they didn't follow instructions and put the account under my husbands name who works out of town. It has been a nightmare since. I called today to track a phone that they have, the person answering the phone was incredibly unprofessional and flustered. Told me ''we don't have it'' We've called for 3 days and it turns out they do have it and customer service had to practically make the store manager check as they have the trackinginfo showi... read more
