The staff was extremely nice they got what I needed done .they were able to get everything fixed up for me
Literally the worst location will never visit again
Absolutely will not be shopping at this location again because of Jason
I was so happy when Diane left this location my wife and I could finally go in and pay our bill and do our upgrades without driving to Portland or corpus but now that Jason is coming back we have to go to Portland again I absolutely refuse to visit an establishment that would allow someone like that to work for them
Tristan and the rest of the team here are amazing, recently had broken my cell phone which I use heavily to run my business and I was a spectrum customer, they helped get me switched over to T-Mobile with a brand new phone that came out this year in a very affordable plan I highly recommend not only T-Mobile but specifically this team that works at the Rockport location!
