This place is terrible maybe they should have a line for people who need to pay their bills and a line for other customers been there 3 times in one day still couldn’t pay my bills customer service is not good
Worst Customer Service Experience ever. I stopped by today with a question about putting my Tmobile physical SIM card into my Samsung Galaxy A55 phone. The customer service person dogmatically insisted adding a second physical SIM card was impossible. He refused to listen when I explained it was a feature of the phone and that dozens of videos were on YouTube talking about it.
