I’ve been having issues with my plan and when I went into the office, Joey was there able to help me 100%. I’ve had issues with other stores and was so thankful to find someone who knows what he’s talking about, and cared about customer service. Recommend this store and Joey himself!
Im very happy with my transition to T Mobile! I finally switched over from Xfinnity, and it was a great decision for me. They gave me the newest Samsung, no charge. The cell service, as well as my internet box, works very well in Penn Valley, on Pleasant Valley road. Tyler and everyone else has been great helping me at the store. I very much appreciate them. Thanks guys so much. I hope this helps anyone wondering if it will work down here in the valley.
I finally transitioned from xfinnity after discussing all my options. When it was all said and done, I left with them telling me that my entire package, internet and phone is $119 a month. My 1st bill was $142!!!!!!!!! They said it will go down next month, and credit me back?????????????? I just received my 2nd bill, and it is $137!!!!!!! I feel like I was worked over and blatantly lied to, be very cautious with these people... Very upset with them
Called to get help from T Mobile regarding my mint mobile account. Guy on the phone was so not helpful. I couldn't understand the relationship between Mint and T Mobile. He said he was the manager. I would have switched to TV Mobile if he had not been such a jerk.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store that left me feeling misled and disrespected. About a month ago, I came in to switch my mobile service from Spectrum to T-Mobile. At the time, I was very clear with the representative—I told him my current total bill (phone + internet) was around $100, and I did not want to switch if it was going to be significantly more.
