I had an extremely disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store that left me feeling misled and disrespected. About a month ago, I came in to switch my mobile service from Spectrum to T-Mobile. No one really wants to write a bad review of any business, but if you do there is generally a really good reas. This is my really good reason... On Christmas Eve I go into the T-Mobile store to upgrade my iPhone, they told me I would have to pay $700, $800 or $900 plus tax for a new iPhone. I’ve been with Verizon since the beginning of time, paying $355/month for a family plan with four phones.
