I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this T-Mobile store was unacceptable. Joslyn provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. She seemed completely uninterested in helping us, openly stating that she works on commission—which explained her attitude since we had already been assisted the day before. Instead of resolving the issue, she told us to call the help line. When we did, the help line said the opposite: we needed to be verified in-store.
