I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this T-Mobile store was unacceptable. Joslyn provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. She seemed completely uninterested in helping us, openly stating that she works on commission—which explained her attitude since we had already been assisted the day before. Make sure you take necessary steps for promotions. They tell you about promotions when signing a contract, but won’t tell you the next step to take to make sure you receive it. Not trustworthy.
Don't bother going in this store or getting service with T-Mobile. I switched to AT&T better cell phone service. It has not even been a complete month since I switched to AT&T and T-Mobile has already sent my info to the collection office. My account was not even late because I had my account setup with auto pay. Once I switched to AT&T that was cut off. I went in to pay and told them this and the Hispanic lady was RUDE as always.
