Very bad customer service. I was ignored when I walked in, and the assistant manager was rude when I asked her questions. Don’t think I will be coming back.
There were some issues with my bill from the initial setup but Terrance really helped me fix everything. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous to my needs. He absolutely helped me with this.
Couldn’t even get acknowledged when I went in to get an iPad for work, stood around for twenty ish minutes and left, guess they don’t need the sales commission lol
Do not waste your time and money here. Would give zero stars if I could. Store Management is dishonest and will lie to your face. I have been on the phone with corporate and was told the district manager was being notified. Will never step foot in this store again and have already switched my service back to my former carrier.
