Management is terrible, was told I was goin to get a "free line" w the purchase of a new phone and when I received the bill there was a 50$ fee for the line. Went in there to discuss what I was told vs what actually happened and the manager lost his cool, was rude and not helpful. Had to drive to Calallen store to figure out the problem which is 40 miles away. Awful customer service!! The staff was friendly but the manager wasn't and I was misled!
The manager helped me get my phone sorted out super nice and helpful. Perfection is not really attainable for anyone but good service these guys are putting forth the effort.
I had the best experience with T-Mobile everyone was friendly and understanding to my needs. I got exactly what I came for and needed. Xera was very friendly and explained everything with much patient. Victor helped us out by doing his magic in my plans for internet very satisfied customer
