Came in Saturday, the 4th of January and I had been having some issues with my phone since I got my number changed, the associate Devon was very kind and professional & helped with my issue. I appreciated him.
They finally hired someone that speaks English and Spanish very personal and nice speaking its lady with the short hair and tattoos.
I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile Home Internet for over two years since it became available in this area. It was fine the last two years however the last couple months it’s downright awful. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all for long periods of time. All T-Mobile does is make excuses.. tower is down, congestion, tower maintenance is being done.
