I switched to T-Mobile based on a false claim that they would be adding Band 71 (600 MHz) coverage in the Georgetown area last year. Still nothing. Coverage out in Plantersville is nearly useless. Verizon offers much better coverage until Band 71 actually arrives.
Was making repairs to the store. They looked to take care of people. Not a busy store the times I was there. Kinda of a in and out store if your in a hurry.
This company is the worst excuse for a business model I've ever encountered. They not only "provide" (not) wireless service in the worst possible way but they also provide a comparable level of "customer (non) service! Would love to get them totally out of my life but once they get a grip they won't let go!
