I'm not sure why 3rd parties can use business's names without any of the know how. The supposed store manager has no idea how iphones work? Make that make sense.

We went to the mount pleasant location and asked multiple times if we would get service coverage where we live and the reps told us yes. We were in the store over 3 hours and finally when they were done and we got home we had no service coverage and could only make wifi calls from home. By then it was 9-10pm at night and nobody was open. We are beyond pissed! I called first thing the next morning and told the manager at the store and called the 800 number for tmobile.
