Waste of time. Service reps lie about the plans and prices to get you to sign up. Once signed up they act like it's all your fault and they did nothing wrong. Service is the worst of any phone company and they like to jerk you around from store too customer service. Back and fourth. No apologies. What has customer service came too? Stay away! Customer care blames store , store blames Customer care. Can't get anywhere. " oh we care" my big toe! They pull you in, jerk you around past 14 days then not a thing they can do but try n sucker you in for more money.
