Guy sitting out front is extremely pushy and would no let me go in the store to talk to someone.
I set up online internet service last March and was promised a $600 gift card if I stayed with TMobile for 6 months. At the end of that time I called to inquire about it and was told they didn’t know anything about it. Hmmm- I let it go, figured I was scammed by a T-mobile person wanting to make a sale and promised a false reward. Rubén and Brandon did an amazing job! Had me in and out of there in no time. Explained to the product to me and had me sold instantly!! Great customer service and great attention to detail. Will definitely shop there again!
