I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and Andre made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Switching carriers can feel overwhelming, but Andre walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I understood my options. Excellent customer service and such a smooth transition. I’m really happy I made the switch and worked with Andre.
Very great experience with 10/10 for Michael and 10/10 for Andre to helping me to upgrade my new phone, tablets, and fixed for my 4th device which means my 2nd new phone that came up last year.
Went to upgrade our phones, were oversold 2 tablets that were supposed to be free. Was told we had to take them to get the upgrade. Incorrect and deceptive. T mobile is fixing the problem but it has taken me hours to get the tablets returned and charges reversed. I still have yet to see the fully corrected billing. Salesman was nice when selling but refused to take the tablets back even when corporate said they would. Wolf in sheeps clothing, order online avoid the wolves.
Went here after horrible experience in rehoboth guess what store wasn't even open but yet way pass opening time.
