Miss Elizabeth helped me immensely this morning. I had Internet trouble all weekend, and I appreciated her help and patience. The other two gentlemen working were busy with other customers, but they offered input and assistance as well. All customer service should be this good!
Went here with my grandmother and uncle because my grandmother’s phone was acting up and she needed it sorted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help my grandmother! We didn’t get the staff member’s name but he’s the guy from Brooklyn! Shoutout to him!
