I went a week ago and the service was amazing. The young woman and the manager—I don't remember their names, it was a young man—served us perfectly. Excellent customer service and very attentive to my mother's questions.
My experience was seriously lacking in customer appreciation.The worker was anything but considerate or respectful of my time.I was made to feel as though; because he had to be there all day for work then my time is irrelevant.He also disrespectfully spoke when asked a question as if he was annoyed.
My mother 65+ went in to just get the spam removed off her phone, so she wouldn't be bogged down with pop ups ( she enjoys playing solitaire, online games) and the sales person there( K long 45) esthetic reference number for her, she sold my mother 2 extra phones and 2 tablets. My mother was told these items were free a d actually saving her money. Her 50$ a monthbbill escalated to 250$ and all devices she received have not left the box once. I went to this location because my T-Mobile service isn’t working right. The very rude salesperson at approximately 5:45 p on 9/20/25 said that she couldn’t help me if I m illiterate. I asked her for a price to purchase a new IPhone 16. She told me several times that I may qualify for 1/2 off with a qualifying trade in. Several times I asked her for a price and she kept repeating half off. The other employee wasn’t working really he was just hanging with his friends. Don’t waste your time or money
