My mother 65+ went in to just get the spam removed off her phone, so she wouldn't be bogged down with pop ups ( she enjoys playing solitaire, online games) and the sales person there( K long 45) esthetic reference number for her, she sold my mother 2 extra phones and 2 tablets. My mother was told these items were free a d actually saving her money. Her 50$ a monthbbill escalated to 250$ and all devices she received have not left the box once. I went to this location because my T-Mobile service isn’t working right. The very rude salesperson at approximately 5:45 p on 9/20/25 said that she couldn’t help me if I m illiterate. I asked her for a price to purchase a new IPhone 16. She told me several times that I may qualify for 1/2 off with a qualifying trade in. Several times I asked her for a price and she kept repeating half off. The other employee wasn’t working really he was just hanging with his friends. Don’t waste your time or money

Anyone wanting to save on internet or cell service should strongly consider coming here. Went to try out T-Mobile internet. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered easily. The store itself was clean and nicely laid out. Air conditioning was out of order and they’ve been waiting quite a while for corporate T-Mobile to fix it. Come on Michael Sievert, let’s get it working.

Miss Elizabeth helped me immensely this morning. I had Internet trouble all weekend, and I appreciated her help and patience. The other two gentlemen working were busy with other customers, but they offered input and assistance as well. All customer service should be this good!
