If you’re thinking about switching your phone service to this one, save yourself the TIME and MONEY and go anywhere but this company. The sales people at the Millville and Millsboro locations will straight up lie to your face about the plan you’re getting. My wife and I wanted to switch from Verizon to t mobile, they told us we can get a plan for the same price we currently pay at Verizon. BUYER BEWARE! Went to get a new phone and service. Paid outright for the phone. I got charged a full month for 1 day of service, then the billing cycle started. Ok, paid that bill. Then when my internet was down, realized my phone would not work at my home without wifi. So I went to where I got the phone and service and the girl changed out my sim card and pushed their wifi on me after stating several times i did not come to buy anything new. The worst store known to man. “ I was boutta say” is all I heard a thousand times. Completely incompetent and unprofessional, can’t even talk right. Messed my whole plan up, lied straight to my face. Absolutely pathetic. “Your bill will go down 100 a month with these watches” aka your bill will go up 130 dollars and there’s nothing we can do about it.
Unethical sales practices! The manager, Michael, lied about the plan that I was to receive with the Gateway Wi-Fi. After spending over an hour in the store listening to the various options and setting up an account, he now DENIES telling me that the reason why I couldn't find the offer online with T-Mobile is, "... because it is an in-store promotion only".
Michael the store manager went above and beyond transferring me and my mom’s Verizon number to t-mobile.Forgot the Verizon pin but was able to still transfer. Best service I have ever had from a phone store.
