I don't know what's going on. What the customer service anymore? But to be quite honest, I went in there a month ago to close out my T-Mobile account due to service issues. I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and Andre made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Switching carriers can feel overwhelming, but Andre walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I understood my options. Excellent customer service and such a smooth transition. I’m really happy I made the switch and worked with Andre.
Very great experience with 10/10 for Michael and 10/10 for Andre to helping me to upgrade my new phone, tablets, and fixed for my 4th device which means my 2nd new phone that came up last year.
