I called couple times, there is no body answer. I thought theyre busy but they are not. The supervisor just sit there and do nothing. Could not answer my question like why no body answer the phone calls. When I called Tmobile customer they said they’ll help me to pay off the device, and transfer the same number to their carrier but he did not want to do it. He asked me to pay off their device first. Really complicated.

The employee assisting us did not seem properly trained or knowledgeable about the services she was supposed to provide. She created the wrong account, which resulted in us wasting our time and even the gas and trip to the store. In the end, we had to call T-Mobile customer service by phone to resolve the issue. Total joke I paid to overnight replacement phone to store went to pick up and was informed by Katelyn her boss was on vacation and they will not accept shipments till Monday when he gets back today is Thursday what a joke where do they find this kind of stupid
