Employees at this location are completely useless. I wanted to pay my phone bill. Crazy right?!? Apparently I can’t do that but I can buy a new phone at that location!! So they can accept my money for a phone but not for the phone bill!!! That store should be shut down.
Great customer service at this location! Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great attitude!
I'd like to thank Rhy and Mike. From the Rehoboth Beach, T-Mobile customer service was awesome. Acknowledged you as soon as you came in to the store. As well as working on someone else truly made this visit. shopping experience. Awesome we'll visit that store again
Exceptional customer service! We had a very complicated family account situation, and Mike handled it professionally, promptly and with a great attitude.
