My phone for 3 years kept locking from them. Called never helped. No refund . Signed me up for shit I did not want, billwas a senior one it was supposed to 25 dollars a line buy it was 60 till I bitched. Then went to 46. So switched. WhT a head ache. They also pulled a payment and it seems to.get my money back I will need a miracle. Hate this company. So glad I switched to Mint 20 dollars works great and my plan will not go.up.
I can't even put into words here how badly this location needs new management, or to just close. I went to upgrade my phone on April 28 to a s26 ultra. I was dealing with ebby (who through the entire process, was smiling, and trying to be positive.) While in the process, I was asking some questions and the manager stepped in. Horrible customer service i went in twice and i walk in the girl behind the counter is already getting her head chewed off by somebody else. I go in trying to figure out my account. She looks like she's just there for a paycheck. She doesn't care about her job. I come in trying to take care of my account. And she can't even be bothered to help me, after I called customer support. They said I can go into a store. They can verify it. She never told me she's a third party till after the whole fact. One of the worst stores I have ever been to, long wait times and staff trying to push items I don’t want on my account, am still having to contact customer service to fix after 6 months. AVOID.
Tyler at Tmobile Midway Rehoboth Beach is very knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond setting up our new phones. We are very pleased with our new phones, Tmobile and the customer service from this store!
