Avoid this store unless absolutely necessary. My sister and I went to this store in late March because I had an accident with my iPhone 13. The staff appear super friendly and knowledgeable about T-Mobile promotions but it’s all an act to get you to buy stuff you don’t need. We were told my iPhone 16 and mobile hotspot were free but that was a lie. Horrible costumer service its only a front to get your money they will not accept any t mobile official promos
Highly unprofessional staff - namely, Tyler. He tried selling me on a plan I did not need, which I refused, then when I attempted to pay full price for the device I needed (without making cost-saving changes to my plan). At the time I planned to purchase the new device, he then wouldn't sell it. He also told me their systems were down meanwhile he wound up providing assistance to another customer in the store. I would never return to this store. The manager should also be aware of the type of employee they've hired.
My husband and I were in town for vacation when we had a phone mishap and needed to go into T-Mobile (mind you, the sales rep did not offer us the paid coverage). After almost 24hrs of issues with my husband’s new phone, we needed to go back into the store to get help again. When we got there we found out my husband was not able to get a replacement phone because there was no physical damage. After I was unable to activate my new account over the phone I was instructed to go to the store and went to the store on route 1 in Rehoboth. Alejandro said I needed to activate my new phones over the phone and refused to help. He tried to tell me that the customer service line lines and he could not help me in person.
