Awful experience. If I gave 0 stars . Scammers and charging for devices on tablets that are supposed to be a promo . Will not credit for returns after purchasing 2 days later . I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate and I’m taking this matter up to higher level

My parents and I visited this store for a promotional upgrade to our family plan, and the experience was fantastic. Tyler was incredibly helpful in explaining the plan details clearly, leaving no room for confusion. We also had the pleasure of working with Ashanti, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Additionally, Gregg and Alexis, along with the rest of the staff, were super friendly and attentive not only to us but to other customers as well. I had a great experience when I went in. Two manager and assistant manager were both very helpful! My sales chick was phenomenal as well. She is fast and very knowledgeable. I was there no more than an hour for 3 new lines, an internet upgrade and 2 phones.
