After I was unable to activate my new account over the phone I was instructed to go to the store and went to the store on route 1 in Rehoboth. Alejandro said I needed to activate my new phones over the phone and refused to help. He tried to tell me that the customer service line lines and he could not help me in person. We went to the T-Mobile store in Lewes this weekend and an employee named Rodrigo helped us. Normally I avoid going to T-Mobile because it's confusing and takes quite a bit of time. However, Rodrigo was extremely polite, professional and made everything easy to understand. Not only did he find ways to reduce our monthly bill, he had us out of there in a half hour.
Jordan and Rodrigo were amazing and helped us out so much!

Great staff!! I would shop here again!! I would also recommend them if someone is getting a new phone.
