I can't even put into words here how badly this location needs new management, or to just close. I went to upgrade my phone on April 28 to a s26 ultra. I was dealing with ebby (who through the entire process, was smiling, and trying to be positive.) While in the process, I was asking some questions and the manager stepped in. My phone for 3 years kept locking from them. Called never helped. No refund . Signed me up for shit I did not want, billwas a senior one it was supposed to 25 dollars a line buy it was 60 till I bitched. Then went to 46. So switched. WhT a head ache. They also pulled a payment and it seems to.get my money back I will need a miracle. Hate this company. So glad I switched to Mint 20 dollars works great and my plan will not go.up.
