surely horrible experience here at the store. If you need assistance of any kind use the 800 customer service line. This store is not an actual Tmobile store its a third party store. Took three days to rectify a problem with a one week old new phone. They were found to lie several times to us. We're in the store 4 hours. Josh was very disrespectful to us.
