Presley and Jake were beyond helpful. Presley helped me buy a new phone, he answered every question I had and was very pleasant. They deserve a raise and some praise. Seriously, amazing service.

The Sequim T mobile team are awesome. So fun and informative. My husband has medical issues and his phone ended up "scrambled". They completely went through his phone, cleaned it all up AND instructed us. We are so grateful!

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I received at this location! Presley and Raymond were both extremely helpful, kind, patient, and professional. They solved my issues quickly and efficiently, both with a cool calm demeanor which helped put me at ease. Thank you again for all your help today, it is very much appreciated!

Horrible customer service! Would give 0 stars if possible! Was told I could try internet for a 2 week free trial. Returned the equipment before the 2 weeks since I had no internet service at my house. Cancelled in store and was told there was nothing else I needed to do. Since then I have received 2 bills and 1 late charge for my FREE trial!!! 1800 number could not help me because my account is cancelled and told I need to go into the store. The store says I need to call 1800 and there is nothing they can do. So frustrating!... read more
