The team here is awesome, it’s rare finding customer service to this degree nowadays. Jarren (JT) personally helped me, and was a rockstar. He made me feel like we were two old friends hangin out. Isaac and Raymond were phenomenal! It was a learning experience for all of use transferring from our other discount carrier to T-Mobile (the other carrier made it difficult for them), but they coordinated well to ultimately get us as T-Mobile customers and made sure we got the best deal possible.
