Big shout out to Isaac for superior perseverance and customer service! We were sent by T Mobile tech support into the store to exchange our gateway that was malfunctioning for a new one. Unfortunately, it was not a straightforward exchange. I won’t go into all the gory details. It was just a very rare and strange situation with the old gateway. Issac had to collaborate with store leadership and at least 6 or 7 T Mobile customer care people for well over an hour explaining and reexplaining the situation over and over again. I... read more
There were a lot of people wanting customer service. Despite being under pressure the Guys JT and Presley are great, handled all requests with patience, and kindness. Really good staff!!
Good service by the staff. The T-Mobile app is clunky
