The team here is awesome, it’s rare finding customer service to this degree nowadays. Jarren (JT) personally helped me, and was a rockstar. He made me feel like we were two old friends hangin out. He’s really knowledgeable about the company in general & you can just tell he really enjoys what he does. Isaac and Raymond were phenomenal! It was a learning experience for all of use transferring from our other discount carrier to T-Mobile (the other carrier made it difficult for them), but they coordinated well to ultimately get us as T-Mobile customers and made sure we got the best deal possible. Thanks and great job!

I don't remember who helped us but we went in for a new phone for my girlfriend they forgot to put a sim card in it so we had to go back for that. The salesman also under quoted my monthly payment by about 35 dollars which I don't understand how is possible. Should show on the screen right there. I've been with t-mobile for years and have always talked it up and loved it but now it's crazy expensive and this is the first time a salesman screwed me over.
