I went in here about 4pm for a WiFi box and I sat and waited for about 3 minutes then got helped by Chub and he was super nice & fast and got me out the door within 5-10 minutes.
Unbelievable place of business. You’d think a T-Mobile store would at a minimum post a sign at their door advising people why they’re not open or some sort of explanation when they’ll return. We have literally been to this place three days in a row only to find that they are closed. We ended up having to go to Middleburg in order to resolve our phone issues. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
First of all I must apologize to Maritza (at the T-Mobile in Palatka) for doubting T mobile wireless internet ability to work at my home. She was very patient and assured me that the service was a free trial for two weeks I even told her that she can expect to see me on Thursday to return with the product in hand. She was absolutely correct the product worked as promised Thank you Maritza for your expert advice and customer service.
Austin & Tyler were fantastic!! Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They took the extra time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We highly recommend this location if you're looking for qualified professionals to assist with your mobile phone and home internet needs!!
