Thank you, Quinton! I've always had helpful service at the Palatka T-Mobile location but Q really went the long mile to help me today. I've been with T-Mobile for almost 20 years; Quinton raises the bar for great customer service.

Very helpful staff! Walked in with a broken phone and anxiety through the roof. They were very understanding and worked in a timely manner to get me to where I needed to be! Really appreciate that in a phone company!

I’ve been with T-Mobile for years, but this latest experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Without any notice or clear explanation, T-Mobile changed my plan and failed to tell me what I would be losing in the process. I discovered only afterward that I no longer had Netflix, Hulu, or Apple TV, and my yearly upgrade benefit was removed — all perks that were part of the plan I signed up for. Customer service was great! Walked in a was immediately greeted by smiling faces. The manager, Austin, was such a big help. He made sure we understood everything happening and the processes of billing and more. Would definitely recommend T-Mobile of Palatka!
