Austin is always a delight everything I come to the store! My husband and I came in just for some upgrades but Austin helped us even more by bundling our devices for a better monthly deal as well as hooking us up with some home internet!!!! Was definitely an awesome experience filled with amazing customer service!!!!
Unless you're going to get them to change a screen protector or connect the bluetooth, dont waste your time. Their only solution to any issue is to call customer support line. Ive been with T-Mobile since they merged with Sprint, and may switch carriers because of how terrible the customer service in the store is.

Very helpful staff! Walked in with a broken phone and anxiety through the roof. They were very understanding and worked in a timely manner to get me to where I needed to be! Really appreciate that in a phone company!
