Horrible experience between them and the store they have in Sam’s club . They gave me the run around in both stores about a product that was supposed to be in the store spoke with them on the phone. just to lure me in for it to not physically be there and then have to wait shipping after being told I wouldn’t have to wait for shipping . Wouldn’t recommend either of the stores just go AT&T. They just want your money .

I went in during the $800 off promotion after Thanksgiving. The young lady talked us into changing from our "grandfathered" plan which was much lower to a higher one to upgrade our phones. This was also the only way we could get $800 off our new phones. We did that not being told you couldn't change it back when we decided all the fees were a little high for us to pay that particular day.
