Went to the store on september i think the 17th to look at plans and phones they gave a sim card to activate and use IF I called back or came in to buy a phone 2 weeks later I get charged 127 for a activation fee phone and plan I never authorized and have been trying to get my money back and plan deactivated sense than with an successful and multiple trips to the store plus 10+ calls to t mobile i would never go here as they charged my card without permission and are zero help
Great customer service
If I could give 11/10, I would. DJ, the manager, was incredibly helpful and charismatic. He knew who to call when he required escalation to get something done. He helped me start a new account and phone line (available for immediate use) on the same day. If I need any help in the future, I know I can request an assist from DJ to get the job done. Thanks DJ!
Manager DJ was outstanding. Very informative, giving me options that worked for my family. He is truly a pro at what he does!
