If I could give 11/10, I would. DJ, the manager, was incredibly helpful and charismatic. He knew who to call when he required escalation to get something done. He helped me start a new account and phone line (available for immediate use) on the same day. If I need any help in the future, I know I can request an assist from DJ to get the job done. Thanks DJ!

I spent close to 45 minutes waiting to be helped! I’ve never experienced such terrible service!! Nothing but disappointment, especially when i’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years now?? Would not recommend this company or service to anyone! Do better T-mobile!!
