The employees of the Tmobile stores out here need better training, including their district manager. They claim customers are rude when they come in upset with an issue and are explaining their issue. If you guys cannot handle a customer upset about a situation with their account you need to find a new industry to work in. If a customer is not cussing you out or calling you names, maybe realize that you are handling their BILL and they need help. And I welcome corporate to pull cameras to see what is actually happening.
I went to this store multiple times and always have had a great experience. The most recent visit was to upgrade my phone. James and Brydon were excellent to work with. They both were knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys.
Don’t come here 10/29/2024 came here to buy phone ,and buy modem ,this guys said we need to call customer support.
