Had to go in and get the new manager Ed help me with my phone. He was the most polite manager I’ve dealt with in months!! He showed me everything I needed to know and now I can even leave reviews! Thank you so much Ed!
Love love this store. The new mngr is wonderful. Ed is very helpful. In the recent past the service was terrible but had to go in for my daughter and he changed my mind about this store.

Caitlin helped me transition over from Cricket and my life has never been better! She was so knowledgeable about everything and was a huge part of me switching over. The phone service and customer service are so good! + Tmobile Tuesdays are GREAT
