Thought was getting a new phone but no it didn't happen got me there for hours just to tell use they couldn't
I wouldn’t trust these people to park my car much less buy something from them. If I call you from out of town to make sure you have a device. The least you could do is put hands on the device before you tell someone you have it. Good luck in your endeavors. This is embarrassing. Takes less than an hours pay to do the job right and yet they would rather waste your time and resources without even giving it a second thought.
