If I could give the employees I met this morning more than 5 stars I would...they were extremely kind and helpful. My phone was fixed within 15 minutes of me walking in the door and what started as a stressful morning was turned around by their expertise and patience with a not so tech savvy individual...
After having some really bad experiences here last year, tonight was probably the best experience I have had at a phone store. Nycole was a sweetheart and got us set up quick! She took the time to answer our questions and really made us feel welcome. Keep up the good work guys! 🩷
I called the store in Stevenville, the lady answered and said she is the only one working in this store today and to come later on, as she is about to take her long lunch break. I show up later as she requested, and the store is closed! I called again and the same lady answered and she states that she cannot help me today. I’m very upset. Calling corporate now.

If zero stars was an option I'd choose that. Today I went in for my Free replacement screen protector, as It's part of my protection plan for my phone. I understood they didn't have my certain one in stock, which was okay. The new lady said that she was new and wasn't sure when they would get more in, and I also understood that, she never pulled up my account or anything, even though my husband was looking at phones.
