Dustin was very unprofessional and I made to feel uncomfortable, I will not use this location ,I will make more revisions on this
I recently had an interaction with a manager named Dustin while trying to address an issue, and the experience left me concerned about professionalism. Communication occurred at unusual hours, and the tone of those interactions did not reflect what I would expect from a gentleman representing T-Mobile as a regional manager. I hope the company takes a closer look at how customer concerns are handled and ensures a more professional standard moving forward.
