Working with T-Mobile has been BY FAR one of the worst experiences I have ever had at ANY buisness. When first setting up the lines everything went OK. Was told my payment would be around $212 a month with everything on it. My first payments got pulled and as of today 5/19/26 I have been over charged around $600 or around $100 over charged every month. I recently had an interaction with a manager named Dustin while trying to address an issue, and the experience left me concerned about professionalism. Communication occurred at unusual hours, and the tone of those interactions did not reflect what I would expect from a gentleman representing T-Mobile as a regional manager. I hope the company takes a closer look at how customer concerns are handled and ensures a more professional standard moving forward.
