We've had home internet since it first came out. Our device was out of date and finally wrapped out. The girls at the store we're absolutely amazing. The issue was the customer service rep they had to call to cancel our previous internet. (When we originally got it. I really liked my experience at this store from start to finish. I came in with questions about switching my phone plan from other carrier to them and combine it with my wifi service. I also was looking to keep my same numbers and price range on my other phone service. Every person working there was so friendly and willing to help me out. They took the time to find me exactly what I needed and we were able to get new phones as well. Locked us in a rate plan with inaccurate information. We've been in the store for hours for two days now. The techs here have no real ability to anything but call customer service and get the runaround . Should have stuck with AT&T. For everyone's info, RN's are not considered first responders and don't qualify for the discount. You won't know this until 6 weeks into your bill when you're stuck in contract and the rate doubles
Annalee at the Corsicana store is SO AMAZING. I am a 45 year old female and do not understand new technology! Annalee was so patient with me as I came in the store multiple times and called her multiple times, when I couldn't get to the store! She is amazing and I am very thankful for her!
