I cancelled all my li nes and asked for account to be closed back in November they didnt cancel one line and I kept being billed I tried over and over to correct this amd got nowhere and manager today said they can't admit fault to the tmobile customer service so now im out 460.00. My experience with them has been horrendous. I would of left negative stars but they dont allow that.

Worst customer service of my life from Pheonix. Rude and incompetence in his position. Got phones Sunday and the 2nd was delivered weds and is still without service. Lost the phone number for the 2nd line too. Got both people on the account authorized as user and some how we both are not now. Jumping through too many hoops. Should have never left verizon.
