I shattered the screen on my old phone and went to the Warrenton T-Mobile store. That's where I met Kateland and she did an amazing job at helping me pick out a new phone, set it up and restored all of my old files which was extremely difficult. She not only showed me great customer service she also did an amazing job working with other customers in between out time consuming ordeal. I know the lite internet plan isn't ideal for everyone. But I am not eligible for the full internet. T-mobile worked way better then At&t for me.

Shoutout K-LAND, the best obviously. Currently giving you a review on my brand new phone. Which she set up for me. Also, she was all alone at the store, handled everything professionally and multi-task. TALK ABOUT A RAISE, she offered me watches, wi-fi that can be moved everywhere, phone plans and everything you can think of. She did a great job at being awesome and great, Love her.

I had a real challenge for Kateland to unwind and correct with respect to T-Mobile’s billing. She did exhaustive research locating details dating back two months. She did all of the intensive work with a positive and unwavering reassurance that she would get the job done. She is an incredible resource and an exemplary employee, that sets the customer service bar to the highest level. Thank you again Kateland.

Love this place ,and the manager Brandon will go out of his way if he can assist you he will.always helps his workers.my boyfriend Dave and I always are always happy when we leave here.
