Went there for T mobile tuesday.warrenton doesn't have T mobile tuesday.that ain't fair.portland or Beaverton has it,why doesn't Warrenton T mobile.
This store manages to make even the most simple of transactions awful. I did a phone upgrade here thinking it would be easier.... wrong. The process took all day, mostly doing nothing but waiting, and then they decided to shred the retail box my phone came in after I bought it. When I asked for a new phone in the retail box they told me I had to pay a $70 restocking fee. I had to contact corporate to fix what they did and I'm still not done. I shattered the screen on my old phone and went to the Warrenton T-Mobile store. That's where I met Kateland and she did an amazing job at helping me pick out a new phone, set it up and restored all of my old files which was extremely difficult. She not only showed me great customer service she also did an amazing job working with other customers in between out time consuming ordeal. I know the lite internet plan isn't ideal for everyone. But I am not eligible for the full internet. T-mobile worked way better then At&t for me.
Shoutout K-LAND, the best obviously. Currently giving you a review on my brand new phone. Which she set up for me. Also, she was all alone at the store, handled everything professionally and multi-task. TALK ABOUT A RAISE, she offered me watches, wi-fi that can be moved everywhere, phone plans and everything you can think of. She did a great job at being awesome and great, Love her.
