I came in yesterday with my Dad who is elderly and needed to switch him out to a new phone. He was frustrated with the process of getting a new phone, but Shawn & Pepper were super friendly, helpful, and had us in and out in 10 minutes! Come visit them for all of your cell phone/internet needs!!
The entire staff here have great attitudes and top notch customer serivce! It was a pleasure working with Jay today to get my insurance claim settled. He is attentive and genuinely cares about the customers. 10/10. Would recommend this stores services.

I cancelled all my li nes and asked for account to be closed back in November they didnt cancel one line and I kept being billed I tried over and over to correct this amd got nowhere and manager today said they can't admit fault to the tmobile customer service so now im out 460.00. My experience with them has been horrendous. I would of left negative stars but they dont allow that.
