This store manages to make even the most simple of transactions awful. I did a phone upgrade here thinking it would be easier.... wrong. The process took all day, mostly doing nothing but waiting, and then they decided to shred the retail box my phone came in after I bought it. When I asked for a new phone in the retail box they told me I had to pay a $70 restocking fee. I had to contact corporate to fix what they did and I'm still not done.
