I've only had one good experience since going to this store. Incompetent (most not all) staff that do not know what they sell or do. Love Tmobile, but it makes it hard to do business when you can not get answers to simple simple questions, just guessing at answers that are clearly wrong. Example: which Hotspot is better? "We only sell one" (i point to two on the shelf lol N I know the website shows probably four?)

Jacob is probably the best salesman I’ve met. He’s genuine, honest with what he’s selling you, and he does his best to help you out anyway he can. He’s a good conversationalist, which is great to have to have with him being in this role. The only problem I really have with T-Mobile, itself, is opening a cellular line with a phone number to a tablet and having extra phone numbers you can’t use. Besides that you guys are great!

Stood in the store 20 minutes. No one helped me. Only one other customer there. I wouldn't recommend going there. Same thing happened yesterday, 3-20-25. There were 3 employees, granted all with customers (only 2 customers), and I wasn't acknowledged that I was even there. I stood there about 25 minutes, then left.
