The store was mostly empty when we went in to buy a new phone, so we were assisted by multiple employees. It was great. The collaborated to help us deal with an unusual situation and was resolved perfectly. We had a great experience! Thanks!

I've only had one good experience since going to this store. Incompetent (most not all) staff that do not know what they sell or do. Love Tmobile, but it makes it hard to do business when you can not get answers to simple simple questions, just guessing at answers that are clearly wrong. Example: which Hotspot is better? "We only sell one" (i point to two on the shelf lol N I know the website shows probably four?)
