I had a wonderful experience at this location, not despite of problems I encountered, but because of the problems. On the first visit, Fran and Tyler worked for more than an hour to troubleshoot the problems I was having with my iPhone 15. When they could not resolve the problem, they managed to order a new phone for under $25.
