I had a wonderful experience at this location, not despite of problems I encountered, but because of the problems. On the first visit, Fran and Tyler worked for more than an hour to troubleshoot the problems I was having with my iPhone 15. When they could not resolve the problem, they managed to order a new phone for under $25. I went in got a phone from Fran she was very nice ,patient helped me set up email and everything..
I am sooooo grateful for Precious and Lester because they literally sat with me way past closing time, nearly an hour, just to make sure my phone was working properly. I thank God for them and I appreciate their patience with me. Every encounter I have had with them has been incredible. They’re super knowledgeable and very helpful. I owe them lunch or a cup of coffee or something just to show my appreciation.
