Manager(female) was very rude and multiple times she said "i don't care" when asked for basic questions. @corporate leaders, please take care! Would never visit or recommend anyone to this location.
The manager Shelby was a lifesaver in getting my parents set up with a new account. She and Trinity did such a fantastic job, they really know their plans and products, set them up with the best option for their needs, helped us through the frustration of dealing with customer service on the phone and actually made the process fun
T-Mobile has very little to no service in Johnson county, Lafayette county and saline county. This store lies and says there is great coverage, I went back numerous times to return the phones because of no coverage. Once you pay in store for the phones you are stuck with those phones and no coverage. When you tell t-mobile you aren’t paying for the phones they send you to a collection agency. T-mobile makes everyone believe how cheap there plans are and the great coverage, but takes everyone’s money and no service.STAY AWAY ... read more
