If you have Verizon or ANY other cell service you will be disappointed with the cell service and customer service! There is a reason their stores are always full of people...you will be in the store constantly trying to deal with issues, and 99% of the time you will get absolutely NO help from their "sales" associates...they sell you a pack of lies and then want nothing to do with you unless they can sell you something!
Stores probably fine but good luck with getting anything done with TMoble as a company. Update. I was promised $100 gift card when getting the home internet service. Turns out you have to fill out a completely different form with a completely different company. And when their company does not work apparently all of T-Mobiles computers don't work. Needed some technical help and Melissa was the BEST!! She was working with Bella and they both gave me and my husband the greatest customer service!! Love these two!
If I could leave negative stars for this company I would. Be wary of entering into any contract with this company. They are extremely dishonest and if try to resolve any issue they send you through call center hell for hours. Stay away and they have horrible phone service in Colorado too. Like 1/2 bars.
