Needed some technical help and Melissa was the BEST!! She was working with Bella and they both gave me and my husband the greatest customer service!! Love these two!
If I could leave negative stars for this company I would. Be wary of entering into any contract with this company. They are extremely dishonest and if try to resolve any issue they send you through call center hell for hours. Stay away and they have horrible phone service in Colorado too. Like 1/2 bars.
Was in a bind because AT&T refused to process two months payments and was about to disconnect our phones. This specific locations store manager (I forget her name but the sales representative Jason was also super helpful in this) pulled as many magical strings as she could fixed us up, and got us switched over same day, paying nothing directly out of pocket to help us out, AND our monthly phone bill for the same plan is drastically cheaper. Don't deal with t mobile and canyon city, they are a third party vendor who does not care about t Mobile customers. I just got off the phone with the Home Office. They took care of me. I had to go through some nonsense to give back some equipment to them because the canon city "store" said they can't do it. They'll sell you devices at the wrong prices And stupid promotions and lie to you as to what your bill will be, never has been a truthful experience.
