Really frustrating store. First…they are polite. Start with a positive. I think management might need some extra workshops. I have to travel an hour to the store when I need it. Is it just me, or are these the flimsiest screen protectors ever? I literally changed my screen once a year, now it cracks so easily I have to change every couple months. Since leaving Verizon over two years ago I've been very pleased with my T-MOBILE plan and the staff everywhere I've been have been extremely helpful

My husband and I went here after getting married so that we could add me to his plan and have a total of two lines. Got a free phone on the plan for me, set up auto-pay and didn't think about it for almost a year. See a huge bill and call to find out we had been given 4 lines, two phone numbers were on my one phone, and was paying for an extra protection plan on a phone number that wasnt even connected to a phone.
