Avoid this location—Dishonest quoting and zero accountability. I would give this location zero stars if possible. My experience at the Sonora branch has been a series of pricing misrepresentations and failed resolutions. I was originally quoted $155/month to switch two lines from Verizon. When I returned in December 2025 to finalize the switch, the manager, John, informed me the previous quote was a "lie" and the former employee had been terminated. Hands down the WORST customer service. Will never use this business again.
Five stars for the Sonora staff. ZERO stars for T-Mobile. Be very careful with T-Mobile. I did the 14-day free trial with the 5G Internet. I returned the equipment thirteen days later, received a receipt and was told everything was done (they did the cancelation for me). Now a collection agency is coming after me for $37.00 (or so).
