Following a brief trip of about 1,000 miles, I came home to Eastern WA with "a-greedy-mess" on my phone. The longer "Ian" worked, I knew I'd brought him a serious problem! He finally announced a "gotcha," speaking to the CREATURE he just destroyed! "Seen before but nothing this intense." He went on: "Good thing you did not wait! Watch your bank account, just in case! A-I is going to make this more dangerous and more difficult!" Thank you T-Mobile for employing some great staff including Physics majors! ;)

Ian , smiling, happy to help 5 employee, was a huge help in getting my new phone all set up. He was very efficient and it didn't take long, cause he knew what he was doing. For some reason, my phone was not staying on 5G, so I had to go back and Amanda, another smiling 5 staremployee, was able to figure out out. Thank you both so very much.

About 6 weeks ago, I got a line add to my current paid off Tmobile phone here. TOLD service was everywhere in Pullman. It's NOT ! So I decided to cancel and go back to my wireless Textnow app . The store said I couldn't cancel for a month. That I had to keep service for 1 month & then they would cancel my account. 3 days ago, I went back on, as lost my phone. In the store, salesperson suggested "buy a Motorola phone" . I bought outright, as suggested by the salesperson, cheapest one $169, and change. Since I bought phone out... read more
