Recently changed providers from Verizon to T-mobile at this location. was specifically instructed by the individual that works here the new devices would be credited on the account and no charge to me. Little did I know, I would then receive my invoice and find that the value being credited is less than the monthly cost being charged on the account for the devices. 2 phones said to be free with sign up are now going to cost me $540. Great customer service.
BAD customer service they just don't seem to care the guys are always groaning because they don't want to help! Never go with t mobile.
They posted on there door "out for lunch will be back at 5pm and waiting untill 5:30 they never came back 6pm came along and they never opened so unprofessional dillon t mobile team sucks. Never recommend them
