Went to this store because we have more time on our hands when up of on the weekends and needed new phones on our plan that includes upgraded phones every 2 years. Spent more than 5 hours with them trying different things to transfer old phone to the new one and was told it was taking so long because of their poor internet connection. T-Mobile has become a terrible company to work with. The service in-county is worse than Verizon whom I switched from. Even in areas T-Mobile claims are 5G coverage I get no service regularly. After switching to T-Mobile, I no longer can talk on the phone while driving because it drops so frequently. If you have Verizon, or I’ve heard AT&T, stick with them. HORRIBLE service. Went to purchase a phone since mine broke they told me I had to bring a working phone to order it myself for store pickup that they couldn’t sell me the phone there.They had all the account information already pulled up. Manager was also very disrespectful to the elderly couple next to me. No costumer service do not go here either change company or make the trip down to Denver.
