BAD customer service they just don't seem to care the guys are always groaning because they don't want to help! Never go with t mobile.
They posted on there door "out for lunch will be back at 5pm and waiting untill 5:30 they never came back 6pm came along and they never opened so unprofessional dillon t mobile team sucks. Never recommend them
Porque dicen que vuelven a las 5 de su hora de lunch. Y estuve esperando 50 minutos y no llegaba nadie. Uno no tiene todo el tiempo de el mundo para hacer esos trámites. Deberían ser más serios y no jugar con el tiempo de las personas.
The guy who answered my call answered with a bothers voice like he didn’t want to take my call I can hear him watching a video I asked for something so simple to see how much I owe on my service and he told me it’s gonna take a while horrible customer service never recommend t mobile in Dillon they are lazy
Wow! Amazing service at T-Mobile. We were visiting Silverthorne, CO. My son’s phone stopped working. The only T-Mobile is in Dillon, CO. The service Gabriel provided was exceptional. He logged into our account, did his magic & got my son’s phone working again. Hundreds of miles away from home & getting great service at the only T-Mobile location is what we needed. Hats off to Gabriel at T-Mobile in Dillon, CO. Gracias!
