Both gentleman were very helpful and kind.
Made us wait 25 minutes just to tell us that a tiny scratch on the screen of my phone prohibited me from trading up and staying with T-Mobile. Staff have close to zero people skills. Will be switching carriers.
Recently changed providers from Verizon to T-mobile at this location. was specifically instructed by the individual that works here the new devices would be credited on the account and no charge to me. Little did I know, I would then receive my invoice and find that the value being credited is less than the monthly cost being charged on the account for the devices. 2 phones said to be free with sign up are now going to cost me $540.
