Great place good people
Stopped by the T-Mobile store in Bayou Vista, Louisiana, and I have to say, the service was top-notch! The team was friendly, professional, and made sure all my needs were met without any hassle. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to experience such genuine customer care. Definitely my go-to store moving forward!
Great and friendly costumer service who’s always helpful and ready to resolve any issue. Very pleased with the Bayou Vista store.
I never walked in a store of t mobile but I do have their service. I live in Berwick. They work with u on your bills but always upgrading so I hardly have any phone service day to day. On top of paying restore fees of $20.00 per line because my due dates or payment arrangements don't line up with my pay day. What u agree to pay monthly is not accurate because they tax the hell out of u on late fees and restore fees. Horrible customer service on the phone no one understands what to do.
