Switching to T-Mobile is single handedly the worst decision I could have possibly made. DONT DO IT. the company, the service techs, and the service itself are absolutely horrible. Now I'm stuck for the next two years. Not one person working there knows what they are doing. Go to verizon!!

I have had an excellent experience at this store. I was very frustrated with my previous carrier and needed a change. I went to this store at Town Center. BRI and CEDRIC provided excellent customer service. They listened (a customer service must) to my needs and made recommendations. Because of this, I signed up immediately. I highly recommend them and this store.

(BEWARE) If you like dealing with a GM who won’t take your calls, a inconsiderate sales staff, and having your 60 yr old mother taking advantage of for 9 lines without giving her the devices for those lines than the is the place for you. I contact T-Mobile corporate directly and they advised me to contact the store after they did everything they could to help me at the corporate level. It’s not a good look when your corporate office won’t even support you for your own negligence.
