I went to switch over to T-Mobile at this location. The process took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Jacob and Iyanna(I think that was her name) were SUPER helpful. Jacob was multitasking helping another customer while also juggling back to me when my next process was pending for the next step. He was very professional about it. I didn't mind waiting. Iyanna put the screen protector on my phone bubble free. All in all a 10/10 customer service experience. I most definitely would recommend going here.

Jarrod I believe is his name and Jake are the two most dishonest representatives I have ever met in my life. I came in just to get a data plan for my mobile hotspot that I purchased elsewhere so I can stream/game while I’m away for work. They instead convinced me to purchase their 5G home internet knowing that I need a device that will allow me to travel AND USE INTERNET. I have been with T~Mobie for many years and definitely will continue..Purchased a new phone recently. Brittany was outstanding in assisting in transferring all my data from my older phone. She was very knowledgeable & patient..Thank you Brittany for a positive experience...
