I was at this Belle Terre location. I sat there for 35 minutes before Eilen even said anything to me. After 35 minutes she says to me do you have a return. I replied yes. She then inform me that I need to go to a corporate store. She didn't want to even look at my account. She could have said something to prior to sitting there 35 minutes.
