I had an awesome visit with the young lady at the T-Mobile store. She went out of her way to help me with all my issues and problems with my new phone that I did not understand. Her name was Mae . 800 pwky
Kayla really helped us out today big time. I did something I shouldn’t have and lost all contacts. She tried many solutions and one worked! She is great! And we are grateful.

I want to thank, CEDRIC, JARROD and KAYLA , from the T-Mobile store off of Belle Terre , in Palm Coast, for all the help they provided me, while I was there. I went to cancel my T-Mobile membership and pay off my balance. If they gave me all this great assistance, and I was canceling, I can’t even imagine, what a memorable experience I would have had, If I had gone in, to open a T-Mobile account.
