Zero stars should really be an option - especially for this store. The simplest transactions are always screwed up and don't even think about requesting any help from the heavy set manager that hides in the little room - she could not be more useless. Everything they told me about my business account turned out to be wrong!! Trust me - do yourself a favor and go with ANY other provider than T-mobile and this store.
Thought the pricing and value at T-Mobile was just what I was looking for, but the phones would just dial a bank in Asia or cut off a conversation and say you have no new voice mail or have pop ups wanting you to install an application from the Play Store every few minutes. Had to return to the store the first night just before closing because they would not call out at all. Over the past 30 days, my life has been the most stressful it has been in a long time.
