I was probably the easiest sale to walk in the door. I understand it was 6:30 and they close at 7 but I walked in ready to buy. I walked in the door asking Upgrade eligibility, Balance owed and how I was willing to pay off any amount needed in order to Upgrade my iPhone 14. The two sales associate who assisted were no Help. I felt as if I had to yank the information out of them. Every Question ended with a awkward silence as if I was disturbing them.
